THE
story behind

Since 2001, Turcu & Turcu has been your committed partner in navigating the evolving landscape of intellectual property law. Founded by Valentina Turcu and Gabriel Turcu, we boldly ventured into this specialized field when it was still emerging in Romania and Eastern Europe. Our dedication to growth and excellence has earned us both national and international acclaim. Today, we proudly stand as one of Romania’s premier law firms and a regional leader in intellectual property protection across Central and Eastern Europe.

Beyond our casework, we’re passionate about education. We lead seminars and training sessions for customs officers, police, judges, and other officials who protect intellectual property rights.

WHAT
they’re saying

I have nothing but admiration for the Turcu & Turcu team. They’re deeply involved, have strong experience across various areas, and work with impressive efficiency as a team. Both their strategic input and client relationship are solid

Working with Turcu & Turcu was a game changer. In a highly regulated and complex industry like pharma, we needed clarity, structure, and a way to communicate our value without losing precision. They helped us reposition our message without compromises — clear, human, and professional.”

Working with Turcu & Turcu has been essential for protecting our brand in Romania. Beyond legal precision, what sets them apart is how deeply involved they are — not just in the courtroom, but in the industry itself. Valentin and his team are consistently present in key forums, events, and education initiatives, and their collaboration with authorities makes them a trusted force in the fight against counterfeiting. Their approach is clear, human, and highly effective — exactly what a brand like ours needs.
